2020 Bulkers Ltd. (“2020 Bulkers” or the “Company”) today announced its unaudited financial and operating results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026.
Key events during the second quarter of 2026
– The Company reported net profit of US$29.8 million and EBITDA of US$28.6 million for the second quarter of 2026.
– Bulk Sandefjord was delivered to the new owner in April 2026.
– In April 2026, the Company repurchased a total of 2,791,163 shares for NOK 129.5 per share and subsequently paid out NOK 129.5 per share in a special dividend.
