Reference is made to the announcements by 2020 Bulkers Ltd (the “Company”) on 16 April 2026, whereby the Company announced a capital return to shareholders following completion of its vessel sales by way of a special dividend of NOK 129.50 (US$13.8) per share and initiation of share repurchases.

 
The Company has during the period from April 17 through April 22, 2026, repurchased a total of 2,791,163 own shares. All shares have been repurchased at a price of NOK 129.50 per share.
