Vidar Hasund assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer of 2020 Bulkers on 1 January 2019. Hasund was previously the Chief Accounting Officer of Borr Drilling during 2017-2018; other positions he held previously include being Financial Officer and International Tax Accounting Manager at PGS during 2008-2017, financial controller at BW Gas ASA during 2005-2007 and Auditor at KPMG during 2002-2004. He is a Norwegian state authorized public accountant and holds a Master of Accounting and Auditing degree from Norwegian School of Economics. Mr. Hasund is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.

Lars-Christian Svensen assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer at 2020 Bulkers on September 1, 2024. Effective April 1, 2025, he transitioned to the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Svensen has a 17-year career in international shipping. From 2007 to 2008, he worked as a shipbroker for Cmarine Services. From 2008 to 2009, he served as a Project Analyst for Petredec Pte Ltd in Singapore. From 2009 to 2020, Mr. Svensen served in Western Bulk, where he held various positions within the group in Singapore (Head of Arabian Gulf), Seattle, US (President), and Oslo (Senior Vice President).
From 2020 - 2024, he acted as CCO and CEO of Golden Ocean Management AS.
Mr. Svensen is a Norwegian Citizen and resides in Norway.

Christian Dahll was appointed Chief Operational Officer 1 January 2022, after serving as Head of Commercial operations since joining 2020 Bulkers in January 2020.
Prior to this Dahll worked 11 years in Höegh Autoliners, most recently acting as Head of Voyage Management/Vessel Operation.
Dahll has held several previous positions in shipping, including Trade Manager at EML, Brussels 2010-2012, Shipbroker at RS Platou 2007-2008 and 2nd officer in Wallenius Wilhelmsen 2003-2007.
Dahll has a BSc. in Nautical studies from University of Southeast Norway.
Mr. Dahll is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.

Petter Lalic assumed the role as CTO in 2020 Bulkers on 1 October 2023.
Lalic brings 17 years of technical experience, having held positions as Project Engineer, Fleet/ Project Manager and Head of Decarbonization at Frontline Management AS, as well as Technical Superintendent at SeaTeam Pte Ltd.
Petter has a M.Sc. from Norwegian Tech University in Naval architecture and Marine engineering
He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.

Mr. Herman Billung assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at 2020 Bulkers on February 1, 2022. Effective April 1, 2025, he transitioned to the role of Senior Advisor.
Mr. Billung has extensive experience in shipping, and has previously held a number of senior roles within chartering and management.
This includes chartering and MD at T. Klaveness Group 1998-2005, MD Frapaco Shipping, CEO Golden Ocean Management 2005 - 2016, Songa Bulk and most recently SVP in Star Bulk 2018 - 2022.
Mr. Billung has his education from the Royal Norwegian Navy, and Norwegian Business School.
He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.

Group Controller
Kseniia Sheiko joined the 2020 Bulkers team in June 2022 as Financial Controller. Prior to this Sheiko was employed at Azets Insight AS, first as Consultant and later as Advisor. She has her Bachelor degree in Economics and business administration from Molde University College (Specialized University in Logistics). Sheiko is also Certified Public Accountant (since 2019). She is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.

Mikkel Sissener Frid Joined the 2020 Bulkers team as Operations Manager in June 2023. Prior to joining 2020 Bulkers, Mikkel most recently he worked with operations in Lighthouse Navigation AS. Prior to joining LHN, he spent time in Star Bulk Carriers in Athens as an operations Trainee. Mikkel began his shipping career as a broker trainee in Fearnleys AS in 2017. Mikkel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Hult International Business School. He is a Norwegian citizen resides in Norway.

Magnus Halvorsen

Magnus Halvorsen

Mr. Magnus Halvorsen was appointed as a Chairman of the Board on December 30, 2021.
He is a co-founder of 2020 Bulkers and served as the CEO of ‘2020 Bulkers Management AS’ from January 2019 until February 2022.
Prior to establishing 2020 Bulkers, Mr. Halvorsen had a 15 year long career in finance. He worked for Pareto Securities during 2003 – 2009 where he was a Partner and responsible for Pareto’s US operations, including serving as a Chairman for their US JV, Nordic Partners. During 2009 – 2017 he was a Partner and Head of Capital markets for Clarksons Platou Securities (formerly Platou Markets).
Mr. Halvorsen is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.

Lori Wheeler Naess

Ms. Naess serves as a director and Audit Committee Chairperson of Golar LNG Ltd. Ms. Naess also serves on the Board, Corporate Governance Committee, Nominating Committee, and Audit Committee of Opera Limited, a U.S.-listed company. Ms. Naess was a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Oslo and was a Project Leader for the Capital Markets Group. Between 2010 and 2012, she was a Senior Advisor for the Financial Supervisory Authority in Norway and prior to this she was also with PricewaterhouseCoopers in roles in the U.S., Norway and Germany. Ms. Naess is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Ms. Naess is an American and Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.

Viggo Bang-Hansen

Viggo Bang-Hansen

Mr. Bang-Hansen, born 1976, is a Partner at the Norwegian lawfirm Schjødt where he joined in 2003 and has been a partner since 2008. Mr. Bang-Hansen specialises in capital markets transactions, securities law and M&A, with a particular focus on public and international transactions. He has extensive experience advising and representing local and international banks, issuers and investors on equity and debt issuances, M&A, financial markets, financial regulatory, general corporate finance and corporate litigation. Mr. Bang-Hansen is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo, including exchange studies at London School of Economics (UK) and McGill University (Montreal, Canada). Prior to joining Schjødt, he spent three years as a legal intern with the Norwegian Securities Dealers Association. Mr. Bang-Hansen is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.
